Brand strategy and website reboot for 51Degrees
Background: 51Degrees’s clever, open-source software has the power to turn slow, clunky, generic web experiences into fast and seamless ones, tailored to each user’s device and location. Fellow techies saw the value. But the company’s brand style, message and website wasn’t doing enough to entice the wider business audiences critical to its growth ambitions.
Approach: Workshops with key employees helped us get to grips with the business and establish a new direction for the brand. From here, we created a distinctive new brand platform and brought it to life in various forms, including a brand book (articulating the company’s new purpose, mission, values, personality, customer proposition and more), a tone of voice and content writing guide, and a website the company could be proud to call home.
