Background: The world’s biggest brewer saw the power of LinkedIn to build its employer brand and attract candidates who shared its values. Now, it needed high-quality content to fuel its ambition.
Approach: Our programme of always-on, multi-media content turned employees into brand advocates and thought leaders. This included writing blog articles on behalf of senior leaders, which generated amazing levels of engagement.
Credits: I delivered content strategy and copywriting for this long-running programme. It resulted in 46% growth in followers on LinkedIn and a 127% increase in job applications. LinkedIn even used it as a best-in-class case study of brand building on its platform.
