Graduate employer brand video for Unilever

Background: Seven out of every ten households in the world contain a Unilever product. So it’s all the more remarkable that few graduates and school leavers entering the workforce know who this FMCG giant is – or why they would want to work there.

Approach: Charged with raising brand awareness among this important audience, we used the product brands people know and love as the hook to showcase employees’ stories. Built on our creative concept, ‘We’ve already met’, we shot this film in one continuous take (well, eventually).
