Experienced talent attraction campaign for EY
Background: With its new contract jobs portal GigNow open for business, EY needed to generate interest from the UK’s growing freelance industry.
Approach: We developed an integrated website and social media campaign, ‘Project Mindset’, focusing on the skills and attributes needed to thrive in a contracting career. EY contractors and independent experts shared their wisdom through a suite of engaging videos, infographics and articles.
Credits: I led the content strategy, ideation and copywriting for this campaign. It achieved amazing results, including a 93% click-through rate from LinkedIn to the website and a 50% increase in sign-ups to the GigNow jobs portal.
