Rebrand and website for Headley Financial Services

Background: Headley’s strong heritage as chartered financial planners had been built on its presence in the local community and loyal intergenerational relationships with client families. But a tired brand and dated website were limiting the firm’s ability to connect with a new generation of clients and present the true value of its services today.

Approach: We ran workshops with the leadership team to understand the firm’s goals, audiences, services and distinctive qualities, and to formulate narrative options for the new brand. Then we developed all this into a fresh visual and verbal brand, a clear and compelling website and a series of thought leadership articles to attract interest online.

Credits: I led on the brand and content strategy, messaging and copywriting, working in close partnership with a design and development agency to deliver the visual and technical aspects.
