TECHNOLOGY WHITE PAPER FOR NFON

Background: Once upon a time, people got work done by being in the same room (yes, IRL). Then the pandemic happened. And just like that, most swapped rooms for Zooms and never looked back. In this pixel-filled, app-mad world, NFON wanted to promote its cloud telephony integration for Microsoft Teams to help businesses simplify hybrid working.

Approach: We solved this challenge with a thought leadership campaign built around a white paper. Dissecting the latest research, we crafted a compelling narrative and call to action – calling out the damaging effects of remote working and app overload on productivity, engagement and motivation, and showcasing the value of voice communication in restoring the human connection.

Credits: I developed the white paper messaging, planning and copywriting. This was a particularly fun challenge because it was the first white paper NFON created in their new (and radically different) tone of voice. The campaign was a success, generating both awareness and new business for the company.
